How long does it take to receive the goods after placing an order?
a)Shipping from local warehouse: 3-5 days (USA）
b) Shipping from cross-border warehouse: 10-15 days (China）

How does ShopVidi’s quality control work?
a) The products by each brand will be reviewed carefully while on the shelf
b) Every order will be delivered only after QA processing at our warehouse
c) Every complaint related to quality will be highly valued by ShopVidi and refunded by the recognized order to the purchaser
What should I do if I receive damaged items in my order?
In case of any damage issues, please provide the following information for us to process the claim:
a) Photos of the outer shipping carton (if damaged, please show the visible damage).
b) Tracking number of the package.
c) Photos of all damaged items placed together, clearly showing both the quantity and the damage.
d) Names (or SKUs) of the damaged products.
e) A short video showing the damaged items and packaging would also be very helpful for faster processing.
What happens if a selected item is out of stock?
Most of our products are stocked in our warehouse and can be shipped within 3–5 days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify the customer via email within 3 days of payment to inform customers which item(s) cannot be shipped within 5 days and arrange a refund accordingly. If the customer does not reply to the email within 2 days (i.e., by the 5th day after payment), we will proceed with the refund as per our policy. If the customer prefers to wait, they can simply reply to the email and let us know.
When will the refund be processed?
Once the refund is approved, it will be processed within 3 business days. The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment account used for the purchase.
