Return Policy
We offer free returns for our customer on the first order based on the conditions:
1) Within 60 after placing the order, or within 14 days of receiving the products.
2) Only applicable to the first order of each brand, and the refund amount cannot exceed $200.
3) Standard products only, customized products, testers, or sample items can’t be returned.
1. There are 4 regular designs and 2 hidden designs to collect.
2. The production ratio of regular mini-figures is 1/4.
3. The production ratio of general hidden mini-figure (Night) is 1/48, and the production ratio of super hidden mini-figure (Radiance) is 1/96.
