We offer free returns for our customer on the first order based on the conditions:
1) Within 60 after placing the order, or within 14 days of receiving the products.
2) Only applicable to the first order of each brand, and the refund amount cannot exceed $200.
3) Standard products only, customized products, testers, or sample items can’t be returned.

Gift Eligibility:

Customers with an order amount of $3,000 or more are eligible to add the Mystery Gift Pack ($9.99) to your cart and check out together with your order.

On the next day after payment, the Mystery Gift will be revealed. Customers can check their Order List to see the additional gift order created by our platform.

The cost of the Mystery Gift is fully covered by the platform — customers do not need to pay anything extra.

The Mystery Gift Pack will be shipped together with the main order.

⚠️ Important:

Orders that only include the Mystery Gift Pack or do not meet the minimum purchase requirement will not be shipped.

Only one Mystery Gift Pack can be added per qualifying order. Adding multiple packs to the same order will not be valid.

The maximum allowed is 3 Mystery Gift Packs per customer per month.
