Return Policy
We offer free returns for our customer on the first order based on the conditions:
1) Within 60 after placing the order, or within 14 days of receiving the products.
2) Only applicable to the first order of each brand, and the refund amount cannot exceed $200.
3) Standard products only, customized products, testers, or sample items can’t be returned.
There are 13 models in this series, including 12 regular models and 1 secret model. The probability of geting a regular model is about 8.28%, and theprobability of getting a secret model is about 0.69%, That is, 2 secret models will randomly replace 2 regular models in every 288 models.
