Return Policy
We offer free returns for our customer on the first order based on the conditions:
1) Within 60 after placing the order, or within 14 days of receiving the products.
2) Only applicable to the first order of each brand, and the refund amount cannot exceed $200.
3) Standard products only, customized products, testers, or sample items can’t be returned.
The product is purely handmade and may have small hand marks such as loose threads, loose threads, asymmetry, and glue overflow.
Only sold as a complete set of Labubu doll clothes, excluding dolls, shoes, and other accessories
Minimum order of 5 pieces per item
