Return Policy
We offer free returns for our customer on the first order based on the conditions:
1) Within 60 after placing the order, or within 14 days of receiving the products.
2) Only applicable to the first order of each brand, and the refund amount cannot exceed $200.
3) Standard products only, customized products, testers, or sample items can’t be returned.

Each toy is handcrafted, so slight imperfections may occur.
Minor uneven coloring, tiny flaws, or scratches that are unnoticeable from 1 meter away are considered normal and are not eligible for after-sales support. Thank you for your understanding.
